What is the equipment of your factory?
The main production equipment of the factory include LD-80 multi-roller cold-rolled pipe machine, LG-60-SG fully automatic cold-rolled pipe machine, LG-40-SG fully automatic cold-rolled pipe machine, LD50, LD-30, LG-20-H Cold rolling pipe machine, LB-15T oil drawing machine, 1080 vacuum bright annealing furnace, straightening unit and other complete stainless steel product production lines. It has advanced steel pipe and steel plate quality testing equipment and processes such as eddy current flaw testing, hydrostatic testing, spectrum testing, and hardness testing.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
All products must be inspected three times during the entire manufacturing process, including production, cutting and packaging. Factory inspection report is provided with the goods. If necessary, third-party inspection such as SGS is acceptable.
